What is the first session like?

Your first session with your Trainer is likely the most important. In this session, your Trainer will ask you a series of questions about your short and long range goals, your wellness habits, and your overall expectations. They will take measurements and assess your baseline level of fitness. This will provide your Trainer will the details necessary to build a custom program designed just for you. This is also a great time for you to ask any questions you may have and inform your trainer of potential limitations. 

How will my personal trainer track my progress?

Your Trainer will track your progress based on your mutually agreed upon goals and milestones. Your milestones could be a weekly weigh in or a monthly fitness evaluation. You and your Trainer will work together to find the best frequency for this check in. Along the way, your Trainer will make note of the progress made for each session's pre-chosen exercises. 

what equipment do I need?

Nothing at all -we like to say 'just you and your goals'. We'll work together to determine what space, equipment and other needs will be required to safely and effectively facilitate our sessions. Most sessions will use equipment that is mobile and with your Trainer. We'll also discuss body weight exercises that require no equipment and but still provide a challenge.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions can last between 30 minutes to 60 minutes. You'll find both packages available for purchase from your Trainer. You might also want to start off with a 30 minute routine and graduate to 60 minute sessions.
